Goods placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched within one working day. However, some products take a little longer to be dispatched. If this is the case, you will be informed about this delay at checkout.

Yes, your order will be sent Australia Post eParcel or Toll Priority, which requires your autograph.
Australia Post will leave a note and drop it off at your local Post Office. Express deliveries sent with Toll Priority will require you to collect the package from either their local post office or depot, depending on the situation. You will need a photo ID to collect your order from either the post office or the depot. However, if we decide to drop your parcel from a light plane, well, just stay alert.
Simply log into your account, and open the relevant order number from which you are returning products. Select the products you wish to return and include information about why you are returning the goods, whether you would like an exchange or refund, and what you would like to replace the goods (if applicable). An email will then be sent to you with your Return Request information. Simply print this email and include it in with the goods you are returning. We need to put a name to the goods after all! (If you are unable to print, please ensure that you write the invoice number down and attach it to the items).
Package up the goods in preparation for them to be returned to us (we like our packaging so much, we would be happy for you to use it for this return). Ensure that the products are in their original condition (tags still attached, no lingering cologne).
Call our friends at TOLL (02-8117 7700) to arrange for the goods to be collected. Remember to quote THE MENS SHOP when speaking to Toll, so that an addressed consignment can be provided for you at pick up.
Returns take up to 10 working days to process from the date that the goods are physically received by our warehouse. Refunds take up to 5 working days to register in your credit card or PayPal account.
